4. Loan Terms and Product Information

Loan-related information displayed in service interfaces (amount ranges, terms, rates, APR, repayment options, examples) is provided for transparent disclosure and user understanding. Contractual obligations arise only after a loan agreement is approved and accepted.

5. Fees, Interest, and Repayment

• Applicable interest and repayment schedule are defined in your individual loan agreement.
• Early repayment may be available without additional charges, subject to contract terms and law.
• Extension options may be available if applicable charges are paid and eligibility requirements are met.

Service interfaces, design elements, trademarks, software, and content are owned by SoftTec LLC or licensed to SoftTec LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, lawful purposes.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
